Can Dreamer Do It Again?
ECW Championship title has always been the ECW Original’s dearest and most waited title since he stepped in ECW, he kept trying to make his dreams come true and kept him self always at the shore. It was at The Extreme Rules where Dreamer’s dreams came true. It becomes hard to realize when something that seemed to be quite difficult, rather impossible happens and the same thing happened with Dreamer.
The moment when Dreamer pinned Christian, for another few moments he wasn’t able to believe he made it at last as he was very much overwhelmed by it. But for how long Dreamer can take his prestigious gold with him with so many eying at it?
It is not the first occasion when Dreamer won his dream title, the only difference between now and then is that earlier he was striped off the title the very evening and now, he is still the ECW Champion but doesn’t look like he can go far.
On 16th of June, Dreamer failed to defend his title against Jack Swagger but thanks to Christian and Finlay who interfered in that match and did the job for Dreamer as the match ended up in no result for the same reason with Dreamer retaining his title. At present, the ECW title has been fully poised especially after what interim GM Tiffany announced after that title match between the ECW Champion and Christian went for no result, the situation has now become very critical especially for the title defender.
Tiffany making her biggest ever decision since her joining as interim GM announced an ECW Championship Scramble Match at The Bash on 28th of June, which is going to be the first such clash since Unforgiven. Analyzing the scenario around for the ECW title with Mark Henry, Christian, Jack Swagger and Finlay going after each other and Tommy Dreamer for the title, she thought the best way to settle this all is to involve all these five Superstars in a single match, winner getting hold of the title.
It is really going to be a thrilling match with the Strongest Man in the world-’Mark Henry’ up against the ECW Champion, two X-Champions and Finlay who just got back and with a rage to ECW after an eye injury. Now with his dearest title at stake again but this time in lot more trouble, Dreamer must look for a way to keep living dream.
