Dreamer under another test of fate

Dreamer under another test of fate

Dreamer is the one who has continuously been able to defend his title after he got hold of it at Extreme Rules in an ECW title match against then ECW Champion Christian. It was a moment of life for him when he pinned Christian down to one of the biggest victories in his WWE career. It always has been his dream to be at the top of ECW; to become ECW Champion. This is not for first time when he got succeeded in achieving his dream. Earlier also, once he became the ECW Champion but got stripped off his dream title the same night. But this time, it seems his luck has always been with him as he after becoming the ECW Champion at Extreme Rules has defended himself on umpteen occasions.

Once it was when Jack Swagger pinned him in a title match but Christian and Finlay interfered and match ended in no result. That was the first occasion he was able to defend his most dear title though somehow. After that, he had a mountain to cross.

He was put in an ECW Scramble match at The Bash, the first one after Unforgiven. He had to face Christian, Jack Swagger, Finlay and Mark Henry for that match and he had 80% chance of loosing his title but he won that match and emerged as ECW Champion again, retaining his title.

Now with Mark Henry, Finlay and Jack Swagger drafted to other brands, only Christian is left among those longing for ECW title. Witnessing a match between Christian and Vladimir Kozlov for the No. 1 contender ship for ECW title from the announce table, Dreamer said that he would like to defend his title against any of these two Superstars at Night of Champions with honor but still he would prefer  Christian. His wish came true at the end as Christian defeated Kozlov and earned the right to be the No.1 contender for ECW title.

Now, will Dreamer again be able to do it at Night of Champions as he did at The Bash????

Will he regret for hoping to see Christian against him at Night of Champions??
