Extreme Rules-The Animal Wiped The Viper

Extreme Rules-The Animal Wiped The Viper

Though his career has been decorated with a lot of glorious titles, but still some thing was missing. Does not matter how much Gold you have, a Diamond is a Diamond. If u does not have a Diamond, certainly you are missing something and Batista too was incomplete sans the WWE Championship but now, the Bomb has a major weapon in his artillery-‘the WWE Championship’.

It has been months, or you can say a year if you include the Evolution dissention since the rivalry commenced between Batista and Randy Orton. At Judgment Day, just three weeks before, Orton did something that was just expected out of him. He with a shear ignominious strategy, though well planned, defended his WWE title. He got himself disqualified in that match against the Animal, leaving Batista with a victory which did not earn him the WWE title.

It has not been lurked from any body how The Viper plays the game. He is never alone, everybody knows. But inside the 15-foot high cage, he was alone. It was at Extreme Rules, 7th June, 2009 when The Bomb got a chance to clench the Gold. It was a cage match n Randy Orton’s trustworthy disciples were left outside, unable to help, unable to assist him. As it was a match at Extreme Rules, no filthy business could have worked. There was no disqualification at all and Champion was to be determined by either of the three ways- pinfall, submission and escape from the cage.

It was the night of the Extreme Rules and Batista went for the same. He thrashed Orton to the cage walls and as already said, he was out of the (earlier always available) help, he was in serious trouble.

For the umpteen times he endeavored to escape the peril; the Animal in the cage but of no use. But suddenly he stunned Batista, took control over the game with his predatory instinct when he attacked Batista with a punt but suddenly The Animal gained momentum at the moment when it was most needed. The man with a prodigy of primal instincts, Batista recovered quickly and went for climbing the cage. Although he was not able to do so, trying to do so left him in a position most favorable for him an he unleashed the Animal with in. In next few seconds, The Viper was pinned and wiped off his WWE title.
