Mystery Behind the Mask Remained a Mystery
At The Bash, the clash for the prestigious Intercontinental Championship between Rey Mysterio and Chris Jericho has been the third one in past two months. First was at Judgment Day when Mysterio successfully defended his title against him and that intensified their rivalry.
Last time it was at Extreme Rules when Jericho not only won that title match but also ripped Mysterio’s mask off his face, taking his revenge in a big way. That was the most embarrassing moment for Mysterio and to make matters worse for him, his most dear title was gone. Even he admitted that fact that he is ashamed of him self that he wasn’t able to defend his title and now it is around his rival’s waist.
Since Mysterio lost at Extreme Rules, Jericho has been taunting and warning him that he one day will expose him real face to the whole world for ever. Intercontinental Championship has been a dream title for both the Superstars and most dear too.

Mysterio is known as a master of 619 but last time his 619 only proved to be lethal for him as Jericho ripped his mask off while he was going for it. This time, he came prepared as Jericho has always used his mask as a way to defeat him and as expected; this time too he succeeded in ripping his mask off and held it high but shocked to see what was underneath that mask.
As earlier said he came prepared on that occasion, he had another mask beneath that mask which Jericho too off. That was the moment when Jericho was totally stunned by that second mask and became totally out of that scene and that was the moment for Mysterio to act. He went for his very best 616 but unlike last time, he accomplished it and his goal too. He snatched his prestigious gold back but his dignity, honor and heritage too. His mask has been his icon, he had to get his honor back and he did that in a great way, leaving Jericho bewildered till the end.
