Yes, now most of you must have got it. He is David Michael Batista. He is an American, a professional wrestler and is currently on Raw. His fans call him by umpteen names like ‘The Animal’, ‘The Bomb’, etc.

He was born on 18^th January, 1969 in Arlington, Virginia.

Talking about his early life, he belonged to a poor family, of which he has never been ashamed of. His grandfather used to work as a taxi driver, barber and did other these sorts of jobs to earn living. He had a very tough going in his early stages of life. He had worked as a regular bouncer in a club but was sentenced to one year probation because of a fight injuring two badly.

First he got married to Glenda in early 1990s and had two children, both daughters, Leilani and Athena. But he got divorced and again got married on 13^th, October, 1998 with Angie but this time too, he was not lucky enough and got divorced again in 2006.

Now, he has two grandsons by his first daughter Keilani; Aiden and Jacob.

Currently he is the WWE Champion but will remain out of the ring due to a torn biceps (left one) as a result of attack by The Legacy when he was on his first WWE Championship reign.

He has a well decorated career with umpteen titles on his name. He has won World Heavyweight Championship four times. He has won the World Tag Team Championship title thrice, twice with The Nature Boy and once with John Cena. He won WWE Tag Team Championship With Rey Mysterio and last but not the least, he has been the winner of the Royal Rumble (2005)

When ever he is in ring, he fights like an Animal and this testifies the fact that he is known as ‘The Animal’. There have been a number of matches which are still fresh in our memories. He has been awarded for the Feud of the Year twice in his career. First it was in 2005 against Triple H and then in 2007 against The Undertaker.

Talking about the controversies he has been involved since his debut in WWE Universe, in 2005, he gave controversial interviews to The Sun, criticizing SmackDown, saying that wrestlers there lack passion. Once he was alleged of being a customer of one of those pharmacies under investigation regarding illegal prescriptions but he denied that allegation and escaped the arrest somehow.

Born on 8^th February, 1972, Donald is mostly known by his ring name; The Big Show.

• He has other names as well like, ‘The Extreme Giant’, ‘The Great Wight’ ,’The World’s Largest Athlete, ‘The Big Nasty’ etc.

• He does not just have big bones but is suffering from acromegaly, an endocrine system effecting disease. Now one can imagine what that disease does to the body by looking at the Giant. A successful surgery was done on his pituitary glands in 1990 which ceased his growth.

• Due to recent Global recession, he lost his savings which he kept for his family and this condition of his family forced him to be an employee of JBL (John “Bradshaw” Layfield). Now getting back to his wrestling career, he has been really a rage in WWE. Since his debut in February, 2000, he has been a World Champion for 5 times ( 3 times WWE Champion, 2 times World Tag Team Champion)

Besides that, he has been World Heavyweight Champion for 2 times, WWE United States Champion 3 times and has been the winner of Royal Rumble (2008).

His debut match was against Curt Angle and it was really not one sided. He almost won that much but lack of experience made him loose. It was and will remain a memorable match.

Recently at Extreme Rules, he really had a memorable match where he made The Big Show submit. No doubt it seemed to be impossible before Cena did that.
